Reserved professionalism together with seeming estrangement from collective in private life leads to that the woman-INTJ finds very few allies in office. Rich imagination INTJ if to leave it without the control, can develop in him qualities so harmful to effective job as suspiciousness and mistrust, and even to call mania of prosecution. That INTJ can appear in a captivity of own illusions, is capable to have on surrounding the extremely negative influence, capable to put an irreparable harm to the personnel or colleagues INTJ. Even itself INTJ can not give itself the report in harm caused to it — he is usually inclined to attribute it to associates. INTJ most likely will argue as follows: «If my advantages has sufficed to rise to such heights, means, it not I, and others misapprehend and estimate a situation».
