With the help of the system admin, the computers and the systems are maintained and operated in the best manner. He is the person who has lots of responsibilities as well as the duties to perform and he is the one who is attached with taking care of the whole system and all computers that are present in that system.
There is no hard and fast rule for this person and the duties and the job description changes from one company and organization to the other.
