The physical activities are also included in the nurses’ schedule for their patients which make them healthy enough to be normal again so that they can back to their normal routine again. The patients are observed and monitored by them from time to time. They assess their patients very carefully so that they can record their details and can show the details to their doctor for the improvement purpose. The care plan to the patients is made and given by the hospital nurse to them strictly so that they can get better as son as possible.
The hospital nurse is well communicated person who have an ability to make decisions as well as work in a team. As the nature of work is tough, the hospital nurse should be tough enough emotionally as well as mentally. There are various nursing schools made especially for the training of nurses for the better care of the patients comes under their supervision.
