As introverts and extroverts cope with conflictsHardly probable you are surprised, having learnt that extroverts prefer (usually it) to transfer the conflict to external sphere where it can become a discussion subject, if not dispute. It occurs irrespective of, whether the extrovert with the introvert or with other extrovert argues. Most likely, the extrovert will have time to acquaint all and everyone with the point of view in the given occasion and at the same time to perfect it in the course of dialogue. The majority of extroverts are simply convinced that one more word will help them «to clear this question» (certainly, this word develops often into the whole phrase, if not in the whole abstract treatise). Introverts, in turn, too are convinced, but in the return: if they hear at least one more word will by all means be hurt in mind.
For good disputes!
There are types to which can to suppose existence of conflicts in general and which prefer that disagreements were always eliminated. We take Mjurreja: it ESFJ, the rabbi in one military organisation. It did not take out, when among members of its organisation there was even quite friendly disagreement: he believed that any increase of a voice in dispute will be followed by full-scale quarrel. For such cases of Mjurrej held in a box of the table a vodka bottle. Any collision as Mjurrej ran all over a room with a bottle and glasses in hands was hardly planned, forcing both parties participating in dispute, to toast. Having poured glasses, he invariably said: «Eventually we professionals also should love each other». The collective invariably conceded to it, and all clinked glasses with each other. All already knew that after that toast of Mjurrej will leave with consciousness of that it has reconciled all. And then they could renew dispute freely.

Extroverts have one lack: they can tell so much and in such short time interval that then hardly will remember though something from the told. Certainly, they can be surprised (if are not shocked) by that associates not only have not given attention to their reasonings, but also have taken up arms against them. It leads still at least to two problems. First, the remark against which all will take up arms as it is strange, will be started up by the extrovert as a feeler, on purpose in all to understand if not at all to extinguish the conflict. Secondly, when the extrovert forgets, what exactly he has told, it sometimes gives rise to new collision — to debate round, whether in general something has been told, whether it has been told how it was heard by opponents, and whether in these words that thought which all eventually have caught has been put.
