However attentiveness of the head-ethics to people it is not simple exercise in complacency.If to use this means it is effective, it can provide to the head original influence. Succeeding heads-ethics use this ability to understand, how there live other people, to put themselves on their place and to feel their problems in summary — to strengthen personal relations with them. Arriving thus, they quite often find additional control facilities.
In the business world hardly probable there will be a phenomenon which so clearly highlights distinctions between logic and ethical styles of a management, as one extremely unpleasant procedure: staff reduction. Once we have helped a certain head-logician to cope from the large defensive enterprise with this difficult situation — or anyway to make it not so difficult.
The fair prevention

I know that its education lately became for you the big problem, but you are necessary to us here from nine o'clock so let's develop a plan of action that we any more did not test morning shortage of employees as it happens today. By the way, how is your daughter?» So subjective approach urged to provide justice with that it takes into consideration personal needs of all participants of a situation.
