Widespread the following myth concerning business, governmental and military structures: ostensibly in each of them representatives of different types prevail. Our data shows, what is it error. From the typological point of view, chiefs of combat arms and the head of the governmental structures are almost identical to bosses of the business world; the senior officers and government officials — to managers of an average link in the business world. In the same way owners of the lowest posts in all three spheres of activity find out striking typological similarity.If here also there are any distinctions they are caused mainly by a floor. Apparently, women succeed on military and public service, than in the business world slightly more. (On supervising posts in these sectors we have found out slightly more women and in general it, than in the business world.) as a whole all three these areas mainly are logiko-rational and, hence, from statistical positions is faster "man's", than "female".
Employees of the lowest level
At the lowest level of hierarchy in the organisations all sixteen types are extended widely. As you will see further, it it will be impossible to tell about those who rises upwards on a career ladder. Heads logicians and it, the creating systems which are based on responsibility and encouragements and making the corner-stone of productivity become more often. Managers of an average link
As the person starts to rise upward, «natural typological selection» starts to operate. We already see that the percent it and it starts to decrease: they or remain on the lowest posts, or change job, trying other callings. While at the lowest level of logic made 58 %, at level of managers of their average link there were already 86 %. Prevalence of type ISTJ is already clearly looked through; the above we will rise, the it is more than representatives of this type to us will meet.
