Skills of a financial survival in the real worldClosing of my factory and dismissal of thirty five conscientious workers was one of the hardest decisions who to me ever should be accepted. I have described this heavy test which has dropped out to me in 1970th years, in other book. I had to close factory because I any more in forces was to compete to Asia and Mexico. Expenses for a labour and the state penalties for claims were too high. Instead of struggling for their decrease, I have decided to sustain a competition that has led to enterprise transfer abroad. I have won, but my workers have lost. When me ask, why I write books about money though what I do not require, I recollect day of farewell to my workers and any "why" it is not necessary to me any more.
When I closed factory, my workers received less than three and a half dollars at an o'clock. For today, that is approximately in twenty years, the same workers would receive only hardly more than five dollars at o'clock, or the minimum salary. They could even get a rise, but I do not think that from increases to the salary it is a lot of advantage. Unique from skills of a survival which they could acquire, is to pass from one job to another, to slave away and try to earn more money. About it the rich daddy spoke to me: itIn itself money does not do you rich just as the guaranteed job not necessarily guarantees your futureit.
To survive and feel in financial safety, it is necessary for people to master skills of a financial survival before they will enter the real world. If by this moment of such skills at them will not be, the real world will start to present them own, severe lessons. Today this world has reached already and an education system. Not only that young men end education, having a heap of debts on credit cards so at many also loans for training are not extinguished. It is very important to learn the child to the reference with money as soon as possible. To master these skills is better in the course of game because game is, seemingly, thought up by God or the nature a way of training of kids even if it is kittens.
