Transform "In" in "it"Let's imagine that in your list it is written: "to Wash the car". You have put this business in group "In", but you would like, having seized as soon as possible half an hour, to wash the car, to strike this business off the list and to forget about him. It is much better to strike it off the list and to forget about him, having solved, at all it is not necessary to do business what is it. Many of affairs "In" can be transformed into affairs which I name "it", that is that it is possible to postpone for vaguely long time without the slightest damage for myself.
Affairs "it" switch on: to disassemble heaps of magazines, to check up contents of a freezing case though lately there hardly something has changed etc., etc. It is possible to recollect set of the same small and trifling employment or affairs which will dare in due course by itself, or questions about which it is better to forget if only someone does not remind of them from outside.
When I am not assured, whether it is possible to ignore completely this or that business, I do a small mark against it - "possible" it "- and I am assured that further I will return to it if it really appears an important issue. Once a month I look in the list and with pleasure I delete not demanded affairs.

Special harm. Certainly, "In" it is necessary to do some affairs.
At all their insignificance there is a possibility of an essential damage if you do not make them in time. You can make these affairs more comprehensible if you consider them in wider context.
My present father had a wide experience of an expenditure of time for this sort of affairs. As it was the government official, it had to spend all the day for preparation of the answer to the Congressman of the USA on an insignificant question, but I understand it now though in the childhood often asked: "the Daddy, what for you do it?" He could not forget, business what is it should be made precisely and accurately because he is a civil servant, and it is better not to irritate Congressmen. Though, finally, all it has a little helped it.
