Shortage of a labourIt seems, ridiculously to speak about people, not best-selling, at general deficiency of a labour. I have acquaintances whom this question at all does not disturb also which speak: itWell also that what to me is a lot of years and I badly understand computers? Around weight of vacant places, and I can always appoint the price if I will want to go to workit.
All the matter is that shortage of a labour is at the moment connected with economic boom. There are the people, ready to argue though on billion dollars that in some years of many of the new companies any more will not be in business. When at the majority of these notorious companies of high technologies money will end and they will start to burst as soap bubbles, the market will be again flooded by a free labour. Besides, when these companies will start to be closed, after them the set of the accompanying enterprises will be closed.
Boom and crises
To understand the reasons of economic boom and shortage of a labour which we now observe, is better to look back back and to recollect other boom and crises in economy.
1. In 1900 cars made 485 enterprises. By 1908 their number was cut by half. For today from 485 remained only 3.
2. In 1983 in America was about forty manufacturers of computers. Today them 4.
3. In 1983 leaders in the field of new computer technologies companies "Burroughs", itColecoit, itCommodoreit and itZenithit named. Today the majority of the young men occupied in the computer industry, never at all did not hear about these companies.
4. Now the new Internet companies pump up the market money literally. But what will be, when they will start to incur losses and finally will go bankrupt? Whether we will have still deficiency of a labour and surplus of highly paid vacancies?
5. Technologies will overstep the bounds of continents. Almost in each country where I could visit recently, there is an area with the name "Silicon Valley". Competitors of your child will take part In competition on job reception from all corners of the world it and they will not demand the definitely same salary.
