Force of nouns and verbsMy rich daddy tried to call us physical associations with each new term or concept. That is why its definitions of actives and passives always contained the reference to any material subjects (for example, "money" and "pocket") and actions (for example, itto put money in a pocketit). In the formulations it used nouns of type "money" and "pocket" and type verbs to "put" it words which to us with Mike were clear. Not to waste in vain time which you invest in training of your children to a science about money, please, try to use clear words for them. And if they be inclined to physical training, please, are especially cautious and use the definitions, which your children can see, touch and feel, irrespective of, how much it of years. Perfect tools of training are games because they call physical associations with new financial terms which your child should acquire.
Force of words
In the beginning of this chapter I have told about one my interview. The reporter has appeared very fairly clever person, about my age, and I have received enormous pleasure from conversation with it. Our sights and interests in a life in many respects coincided, but when speech has come about money, our approaches to this subject have appeared opposite. I was guarded at once with two moments which have specified that in conversation on money I should choose carefully words, differently he will misunderstand me. The first moment has been connected with an excessive emotionality of the mentioned subject, and the second it with my reverential worship for force of the press. It can erect without effort you to a pedestal or erase in a powder, therefore I had to think over especially carefully expressions in which I stated my opinions at everything that is connected with money. As an example I will result a fragment from interview:
The reporter: Why you invest means in the real estate, instead of in mutual funds?
R.Kijosaki: Generally I invest both there and there, but that at me more money is enclosed in the real estate, is a truth. Should tell that each type of investments has the advantages and lacks. One of advantages of the real estate consists that it allows to me to supervise more possibilities the sizes of taxes and terms of their payment.
