The registration, specified in the law, and the scheme resulted at me, will be some distinctions. They have arisen because of necessity it documents in time according to logic of action. After decision-making on registration constituent documents will be necessary for you. It:

- The enterprise charter (the application 3);

If except you there are other founders it is necessary to concern the given documentation especially attentively.
