My experienceIn my career in company "Copier" there was a period when I became the seller it 1, and has so succeeded in the career that has been appointed by the head of department of trade. On a new post I began to suffer failures and in despair have addressed for council to my rich daddy.
It has appeared that on a new post I had a conflict between my old habit to independent job of the dealer and necessity to prepare direct-sales representatives and to supervise over them. On a question of my rich daddy: "Properly in the best way to spend working hours?" I responded as if I still was the direct-sales representative, instead of the head of department of trade.
My rich daddy has advised to me to spend time account. After a while, having carried out the analysis of the records, I have found out that I still time most part think and I operate, as the seller though I clearly represented the duties as the manager. Accurately registering quantity of the hours spent for execution of an old and new role, I gradually could change the habits and direct to more time for performance of new duties of the head of department.
Change of roles is required every time when you have considerable changes in your life: transition in university, a marriage, occurrence of children, job or residence change, leaving on pension. Thus, at you ways of an expenditure of time according to your present, instead of to last position change.
Why so it is difficult to make decisions
At times each person feels desire to arrive in another way and even counter to a usual order. Though it is necessary to satisfy all rational, emotional and physical requirements, they cannot be satisfied at the same time.
In the book "Kvadrant of a monetary stream" I resulted a parity of rational and emotional thinking. This parity is known as:

Sometimes they should enter rivalry with each other. Job or game in a golf? To esteem the book or to play with the child? Whether to drink the second cup of coffee or to return and sit down for job? What to make the decision?
