Developed practice of management ISTP not it almost as well in what reject its theoretical bases. As a whole peculiar ISTP the management style can be sharp, direct and is frequent not orthodox. Such way of motivation of associates as «we will simply work is embodied in him, instead of to speak about job». One of advantages ISTP consists in their ability to induce on job and to work independently. As we already marked, they work alone, than in a line-up more effectively. Their aspiration to perfection, in a combination to their personal integrity, allows them to cope well with job at the minimum control from outside. Usually they with readiness carry out of the task in which the job flexible hours are supposed. They will perform job in time though and it is unessential under your schedule.
