Though the head of agency has been very interested in such order, he knew that in case of its acceptance, he should be engaged within several months in the organisation of an advertising campaign and to begin it with zero. But he has already overworked to a limit. Therefore he tested strong unwillingness to begin the business "it-1". As soon as the head of advertising agency has understood it, the reasons on which it evaded from job over the favourable order became clear to it.
Its present purpose "it-1" consisted in removing excessive stress in job, instead of to aggravate it.
Therefore he has devoted the next week to preparation of one employee so that that could carry out instead of it a number of duties. Only after that it has returned to consideration of a question on the order of our industrial firm. Now, without being burdened with thoughts on an excessive overload, he has willingly got into gear over the advertising project.
Be flexible
As appears from this example, your unwillingness to carry out the drawn up plan can be called not delay, and aspiration flexibly and in due time to react to changed conditions. In similar cases it is better not to try to realise your initial plan, and to move the main business "it-1" on lower place in your hierarchy of the purposes. Think, what purpose "it-1" became more suitable owing to changes of priorities and try "to make it now".
