7. Creation of the business command

Irrespective of the fact which you occupy position in the companies and what job carry out, you are a command part. The company too represents the command achieving a definite purpose. Each department of the company also is the command, no less than the small groups of people working as a part of department. In any of these cases the success of activity of the command directly depends on efforts of each of its members and from that, how much they manage to get on with each other.
It has all necessary for education of business commands and maintenance of efficiency of their job. We are convinced that in the XXI-st century the success will be defined by ability of the company to raise the productivity at the expense of reduction of use of human resources and at the expense of a victory of cooperation over competition both within the limits of the separate companies, and of relations between them.
