Many years ago my daddy-teacher tried to change system. He understood that at different children different talents. Besides, he knew that the system which "treats all alike", is good only approximately for 30 percent of children and is awful for the others. He spoke often: itOur system is worse than a dinosaur. The majority of us knows that teachers do everything that in their forces to give to children of knowledge. A problem that teachers work within the limits of the system which are not giving in to changes. This system is created to survive. It pumps up children soothing for delay of their development instead of changing most and to accelerate training process. Then, after the most active children it to medicines, to them tell: itdo not accept themit. In my opinion, it is a vicious circle. It is unique of all kinds of business known to me in which, without being able to give to consumers that is necessary for them, them accuse of the failures. Instead of recognising the inconsistency as systems, they speak: ityour child is not capable to studyit. They speak so instead of telling: itWe as system are not capable to learnit. As I have already told, it is unique business in which the consumer accuse of own failures.
