Moreover, we have drawn the following conclusion: only it will be useful to entrust this problem to another and from time to time to invite advisers-etikov that those conducted lessons on development of skills of the organisation of commands. It would testify not to Stanley's weakness, and is faster about its force: he would let know that so owns a situation that can delegate responsibility under the decision of these important problems and other people.
And at last, we managed to show to Stanley and its command that both logic, and ethics come on a workplace with the requirements and abilities which are equally necessary for effective teamwork. Among advantages of logicians it is possible to name possession of the analysis and logic, clearness of thinking, high working capacity and objectivity, and also that Izabel Briggs-Majers named «preservation of sensible mind in daily situations». Ethics, in turn, can brag of understanding of associates and their feelings, readiness to deliver it pleasure, aspiration to harmony and strongly pronounced compassion to troubles and problems of other people.
It becomes clear to everyone that for creation of the succeeding command any of these qualities is necessary. However, as Stanley was convinced, there is nothing easier, than to put a barrier to properties of any one preference and excessively to develop another. But fortunately, — also it is Stanley too has realised, — with the help it skills it is quite often possible in the deadlines and a minimum of efforts to solve a problem seeming to the insuperable. Moreover, the objective and ordered approach peculiar it, has pleased to logician Stanley. In his eyes it has excused its attention to excessively "sensitive" aspects of job with people, at all without having restrained its opinion on objectivity of own actions. Here that is called as the decision favourable to all.
