This complex of full and detailed recommendations concerning manufacture will occupy even 4–6 weeks. My fee for this project makes $15.000.After studying you solve, to use this stage in full or in part, and then define, whether my help is necessary in it.
The STAGE III – provides my help in following questions of expansion: 1. In working out of change of a configuration of an industrial line and the warehouse areas. 2. In the control over installation of the new equipment. 3. In training of the personnel to using the new equipment. 4. In installation of a complex of procedures under the control over quality.
As the above-stated obligations in huge degree depend on time for delivery of the new equipment, and also for training of the people, continuing to work over release of current volumes, I cannot designate exact time frameworks of this stage. However it is ready to devote it so much time, how much it will be necessary.
My fee for this stage makes $15.000.
I will not begin to give a full time to this project, however I will devote it any time necessary for end any or all stages.
It is meant that the American corporation on manufacture of ornaments:
1) Will pay for all cars and the new equipment; 2) Will give me full access to any files concerning the given project, and also to any other necessary information; 3) Will prepare the personnel and the people working on a line, for cooperation with me; 4) Will appoint the responsible person, capable to answer any my questions or to give any necessary information, and also to accept my reports on any possible difficulties, able to arise in the course of my job; 5) Will make all efforts that any "third" organisation and anybody the stranger did not disturb to my job; 6) Will understand that the time frameworks designated in the offer, are approximate and can be changed acts of God, strikes of workers or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment for each stage of the given task is made forward. The expenses made during performance of the task (trips, hotels, dinners outside the city, long distance calls etc.), will be weekly compensated on granting of corresponding reports.
