E. COPYRIGHTS1. The adviser agrees that the Company defines character of its author's property on any material protected by author's customs for the first time made/made and passed to the Company under this agreement. The adviser gives the Companies not exclusive, not cancelled and without granting of royalties permission to make, translate, publish, use and sell (and also to give another) all material which is subject to protection by the copyright and before by it not used/not made, however switched on in material under this agreement provided that for the Adviser is available now or the right to give out the similar permission will be got before end or a definitive phase of the granted agreement and not to pay indemnification under claims of other persons only owing to such delivery. 2. The adviser agrees not to switch on purposely any material in the various written sources given or passed under this agreement without the permission, this document stipulated in point E.1 or without the written approval of the owner of the copyright if only the Company does not give on this written permission. 3. Drawings, plans, specifications. 3.1. All drawings, sketches, plans, the information on them, specifications, magazines, the technical and scientific information, pictures, negatives, reports, finds, the recommendations concerning them of record, and also their copies intended for job under this agreement or its any part, are subject to Company inspection during any reasonable time. The adviser and its employees will create corresponding conditions for such inspection. All aforementioned concerns the property of the Company and can be used by it for any purpose without requirements of additional indemnification from outside the Adviser (and its personnel), considering the right of the last to retain a copy or to destroy them periodically in the course of job – under the order of the Company or under its instructions after end (termination) of action of the given agreement.
F. THE TRANSFER RIGHT 1. The company reserves such right of all share or its part in the given agreement. The adviser has no right of its cedation or transfer without written approval of the Company.
