To counterbalance all these preferences with others, less popular — intuition (the theory, creation of concepts), ethics (subjective aspects of activity, interpersonal dialogue) and irrationality (absence of constant constraint plans or schedules) is necessary and it is useful for professional growth. But if thus it will not be observed it a principle of respect of the individual distinctions, similar will cause only resistance and an uncooperative altitude to training.
