From all told it is possible to conclude that any "well and"badly"does not exist and that the bald lie, fraud or larceny from outside your subordinates is only a version of other ethics which are distinct from your own. However we mean at all it. Certainly, in a society there are absolute ethical standards, however even they come under influence not only from outside of sixteen types of the person (and even fluctuations within the limits of one type), but also from outside ethnic, cultural, religious and class distinctions, not to mention personal circumstances.For example, the officer and the Quaker belonging to same type ISTJ, can have polarly opposite views on violence. The officer can consider that the only thing that is in sphere of its responsibility, is to execute orders which demand from it to find out and destroy the enemy. The Quaker can consider that its responsibility consists only in following of own conscience which does not allow it to deprive of a life of other person. We will not forget that both of them belong to type ISTJ which assumes fidelity to the preferences from which responsibility and steady performance of the debt follow. At the same time distinctions of the religious plan lead to that they understand this "debt" absolutely differently.
Here one more example, with more delicate problem; it shows, how two representatives of the same type come to it to opposite conclusions. Two women, on the type ENTJ, work as a number at one office. Mary — single mother, which child goes to a kindergarten, and Sju is concentrated to the career and to have children is not going to. Their chief belongs to that school of management according to which positions workers should work daily for the fixed payment and are obliged to be on a workplace from nine to five if only they do not lie on the deathbed. However Mary appears from time to time in the real family crises: the child can be ill, can be demanded at the last moment to take away it from a kindergarten, and sometimes even the car so sometimes Mary does not come to work breaks or at least is late. And that it have not dismissed, considers Mary, she is compelled to lie concerning the absences and, irrespective of objective correctness or a wrongfulness, she considers it as lie in rescue. It it is convinced what to say lies always badly.
