This time, try to disconnect only the advertising connected with propagation of washing-up liquids. If you pass one advertising, it doesn't matter. Simply tell to itself: "I have reserved behind myself the right to change my decision and in this case I have wanted to make an exception of a rule". Look, how much will power you have shown to watch closely that calls you the increasing disgust.
One of my clients showed a special ingenuity in education of the will power when he watched telecasts. During the first experiment he purposely waited some seconds after transfer came to an end, and switched on a sound only after transfer renewed. Gradually it has prolonged the period of silent display of transfer from two to five, and then about fifteen seconds. Then it has experimented, disconnecting the TV in general while advertised washing-up liquids and in the meantime read magazine.
Sometimes it made decision at first to finish page reading, and already then to switch on one of programs which was not one of its liked. It continued the experiences both expanded the freedom of action and increased force of the will. It all later and later switched on the TV in the evenings.
