In those interests who is outside the limits of the future industry, it can be necessary to spend distinction between an electronic stock exchange and the computerised trading. The electronic stock exchange is the automatic system allowing for fulfilment of transactions to find coincidence of purchases and sales without intervention of the person. This "the black box" as electronic stock exchanges sometimes name, completely replaces a trading floor. On the other hand, computer trading means that the trader sits at the screen instead of standing in a hole. Defenders of electronic trading welcome such anonymity, but I consider, it contradicts the nature of main principle of future trade. From the point of view of the trader on a floor, such transparency is especially important, when, for example, statistics of unemployment the important economic reports are published in the USA. Traders on a floor trace, as brokers on a floor execute large orders, knowing that it players take positions on the threshold of " numbers" as we name such reports. Clearly that some financial institutions fundamentally analyzed trends of such indicators as a rate of unemployment, and own forecasts did. But we always had a question: whether someone has access to these numbers one or two days prior to their promulgation? If the such occurred, it is possible to track easily enough a way from the broker to the broker house and to the client. But what occurred under cover of the privacy, provided with anonymity of electronic system? Considering what to trace the specified actions on such system it is difficult, the mystery cover could allow someone having a premature data access, to carry out the transaction or even to stimulate to it.
