Long before any indignation of atmosphere, such as hurricane, people on a beach start to notice changes in air, in water and in mood. Similar we endure something now. Millions people feel these changes, on the majority of us are not assured, in what direction hurricane will move, how much it will appear is strong and whether it will strike on our site of coast. Nevertheless, if we were on a beach, the majority of us would know that it is necessary to take any measures. Here some changes of which I observe with special trouble, interest and excitement, changes which can become fuel for an ideal storm.
