Users In Any Network And Shared Computers
The following article is about the different ways and behaviors that should be adopted by the users who are using shared computers and are present in a networked environment. If all of the users understand that what they have to do and how to behave only then the network can work in the best manner and satisfy the usersThere are many users who are present in a network of computers. Some of these people would not be having any technical knowledge about the computers while the others would have the complete knowledge and all the technical details about the computers. You can easily have the best results in a network if all of the users are aware of the fact that they have a limited number of the resources and must take care of the others that are also present in this network. In the computing world, each user has to authenticate him before actually using the services, facilities and the resources. If he fails to authenticate and prove that he is the actual user of the resource which he was about to use then he would not be allowed or granted the access to that particular resource.
In the environment where there are many people who are using the services of the computers, it becomes sometimes little difficult to share the resources between the users in the proper manner. This is the duty of the network administrator to allocate these resources and create a balance of the resources among each user. It is also advisable that every user must also know about the kinds of resources as well as the accesses he is given and must try to abide by the rules that are given to him by the admin of the systems. It is the best way to avoid any kind problem or inconvenience in the network and also the network too would be saved from congestion if every user knows about his allocation or the quota of the resources.
The users in the computing world are characterized according to their skills and levels of knowledge. For example some of them are the naïve ones while there are others who are known as the experts due to the great and exceptional knowledge that they have about the computers, systems or the networks etc. You can have the best results from a network if every user is doing the things for which he has access and is allowed to do them. Otherwise there can be many problems for other people who are using the computers and are present on the same network.
