When to me was about five years, we all family had a rest on a beach in the company with our neighbours. I wandered on coast as has suddenly seen that my friend Villi desperately flounders in water. It has come there where it was deep enough, and sank, because it to float. Shouts and gestures I managed to draw attention of any senior pupil, and he has plunged into the water to rescue Villi.
After that the case which nearly has not ended with tragedy, both our families have decided that has come to write down time all children on swimming lessons. Soon me have started to drive in public pool on swimming which I have there and then begun to hate. After several employment I have ceased to come into water and hid in a locker room as awfully was afraid that at me again will shout that I incorrectly carry out movements. Since then I do not digest a bleaching powder smell in pools with fresh water.
In the course of time I have learnt to float itself because I very much liked to hunt with an underwater gun and to catch lobsters at ocean. In twelve years I have started to be engaged in bodi-surfing, and then it surfing on a board, but till now and have not learnt to float correctly. Unlike me, Villi has conceived a liking for swimming as fish, and soon already acted at competitions. In high school it continued to float and participated in superiority of staff. Though he also has not achieved the big victories in this kind of sports, its example shows, how the person from whom the elements nearly have not taken away a life, can transform it into a subject of the passion. But the same case which has induced my parents violently to force of me to study to swimming, has led to that I have begun to hate pools and has not learnt to float correctly.
When I have entered merchant marine fleet Academy, I had to hand over together with all cadets offset on swimming. And I have not handed over it. Despite all my experience of skin diving, swimming with it (an aqualung sort) and surfing on very high winter wave, I have not handed over offset on swimming because my style has appeared wrong. I remember, how I wrote home and tried to explain to friends that has not handed over offset and consequently is compelled to take swimming lessons. Represent, as children, with which we it in rough and dangerous waters of the Hawaiian surf had fun so much years.
