The pair of preferences «rationality — irrationality» only partly explains how we operate the working hours: three other pairs preferences are not less important for this purpose. It is necessary to remember also that individual distinctions unessentially lead to higher or lower productivity, after all if to speak about time problem it is connected not so much with results, how much with job methods. And still individual distinctions are capable to create many difficulties harming to efficiency of work and flying in the round sums.Let's look at how representatives of each of eight preferences address in due course and operate it.
As extroverts and introverts address in due course
In view of that days contain the limited quantity of hours (and in their working day even less), those who effectively uses the time, get of advantage. The palm here belongs to introverts. The reason of it if to speak simply, consists that about something is spent for reflexion of less time, than for conversations on it. As to processing of the information for a formulation of thoughts and sights, an introversion — rather effective preference: it is possible to think everywhere, at any time, and until you will be not not distracted from it by external events. To extroverts to collect the thoughts and generate the opinions, external stimulus and constant dialogue are necessary, and they are inclined to run into verbosity, repeating same is exclusive for the sake of clearness. And all it deprives of their precious instants. Extroverts not only spend own time: Interfering in personal space of associates and demanding from them dialogue (both verbal, and nonverbal, in the form of nods and smiles), they spend also time of introverts and other extroverts. Anyhow, but extroverts will demand that you listened to them.
What is time?
The extrovert: «Time is that it is necessary to subordinate to itself and then to use».
The introvert: «Time is an abstract concept, property of private world».
it: «Time is the present moment: really there is only a present».
